Please find below the updated RideRez™ Privacy Policy, effective July 1, 2011, by and between you and TravelwebTechnologies, LLC, the owner and operator of www.RideRez.com (the "Site"). Travelweb Technologies, LLC is committed to the protection of your privacy. This Privacy Policy, which applies exclusively to the Site, discloses to you how Travelweb Technologies, LLC collects, uses, distributes and protects information collected from you during your use of the Site and Travelweb Technologies, LLC's provision of services to you. By visiting the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that Travelweb Technologies, LLC may modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice, simply by posting a modified Privacy Policy on the Site. Any such modified Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, so please check back periodically. The Site is also governed by our separate Customer Terms and Conditions.
The Information Travelweb Technologies, LLC Collects
Your Submitted Information. Travelweb Technologies, LLC may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including information you enter into the Site while online, as well as information give to us by you through electronic mail, written or telephonic communications. This includes information that identifies you ("personal information"), such as your name, your email address, a telephone number, a cell phone number, your photo, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, birth date, gender, work location or school attended, and billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, security codes, and expiration date). You may choose not to provide this information to us, but in general, whenever you apply to become a Site community member or for any other product or service through the Site, you will be required to submit some information about you before Travelweb Technologies, LLC will process your application. Should you become a Site community member, you will be required to complete a member profile to post reviews, pictures or video to the Site, invite friends, create groups, and linked to your other social media accounts.
Travel Companion and Friend Information. When you make a reservation for someone else through the Site, we will request information about that individual. If you choose to invite friends to the Site, you will be asked for personal information regarding your friends that Travelweb Technologies, LLC will use to complete the invitation process. Your friends have the right to decline your invitations and that declination will purge their information from our system. You should obtain the consent of such individuals prior to submitting their information to Travelweb Technologies, LLC.
Automatic Information. Travelweb Technologies, LLC automatically collects information about your computer when you visit our Site, including your browser type, IP address, and information regarding your internet usage prior to and after you leave the Site. To collect this information, Travelweb Technologies, LLC uses cookies, as well as the services of a third party enterprise-class web analytics solution provider. Cookies
Travelweb Technologies, LLC tries to make your interaction with the Site simple and meaningful. Therefore, when you visit the Site, Travelweb Technologies, LLC's Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to indicate whether you have visited the Site previously. Cookies are not a permanent marker on your hard drive and may be deleted by you at your discretion. Travelweb Technologies, LLC uses cookies for a number of purposes, including to: access your community member profile information when you "sign in" so that we can provide you with customized content; keep track of preferences you specify when using the services; store information regarding your particular session that will assist us in discerning your use of our website; estimating and reporting the Site's total audience size and traffic; and conducting research to improving the capabilities of the Site.
Cookies may also be used by third party advertisers with whom Travelweb Technologies, LLC contracts to conduct advertising on the Site. If you click on these third party ads, certain information about you may be automatically delivered to this third party advertiser and the third party advertiser may place a cookie on your computer if you visit their site. This Privacy Policy only covers the use of cookies by Travelweb Technologies, LLC on the Site; it does not cover cookies placed on your computer by advertisers when you visit advertisers' site. When you click on ads within the Site, the advertisers do not receive any information contained within your public profile on the site.
Security Considerations
Travelweb Technologies, LLC is committed to protecting the information it collects and has security measures in place to reasonably protect such information. For example, only authorized employees and partners are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so for permitted business functions only. To protect your credit card information when submitted through the Site, Travelweb Technologies, LLC uses digital certificate encryption from GoDaddy (an industry leading technology company in the business of protection and management of data transmission and storage) including secure sockets layer ("SSL") encryption methods. You may review Travelweb Technologies, LLC's website certificate, by clicking on the GoDaddy image at the bottom of all secure pages. Although these reasonable efforts are made to secure network communication, the Site, and your information, Travelweb Technologies, LLC cannot guarantee that information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from the Site will be completely secure.
Access to Your Information
Community members must create a user name and password to access their accounts. Community members may access certain personal information that is collected on the Site by logging into their account and visiting their member profile. If you are a community member, you may remove, modify, delete or change any information you submitted to the website (except your user name) at your own discretion. Such changes take place instantly. You may also delete your account at anytime, however information that you have posted on the Site, including photos, videos, comments, links or any other information that was copied and saved by other users of the Site will not be removed from the Site if those users pasted that information on their account. Travelweb Technologies, LLC does not have any means to remove such information and therefore, all community members are cautioned to carefully consider all potential risks before posting any information to the Site. Use of Information
Travelweb Technologies, LLC collects information you submit so that it can better provide service to you and improve the Site to be more useful to the community. Travelweb Technologies, LLC and its authorized partners use your information in a number ofways, including: to process your bookings; to send you booking confirmations and updates; to respond to your questions and comments; to manage your account; to otherwise customize your experience with the Site; to personally verify your identification; to send you specials, newsletters, and updates by email, if you have sign up for these services; and to send SMT messages to your mobile device, if you have signed up for these services; to solicit information from you; to measure interest in and improve Travelweb Technologies, LLC's products, services and Site; to resolve disputes, collect fees, or troubleshoot problems; to prevent potentially illegal or prohibited activities; to enforce Customer Terms and Conditions and Community Terms of Use; and as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.
Travelweb Technologies, LLC will not sell, share or rent any billing information collected except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as necessary to fulfill bookings. Credit card security codes (CVV numbers) will neither be saved by Travelweb Technologies, LLC nor shared with any third parties.
Travelweb Technologies, LLC may use information in community member's profiles for advertising purposes without disclosing personal information, and reserve the right to use any and all content posted to the Site for any purpose that Travelweb Technologies, LLC deems appropriate.
Community members may opt out of receiving SMT messages and emails containing communications such as newsletters, offers and notices from Travelweb Technologies, LLC and its select partners, but, even if you opt out of all such voluntary communications, Travelweb Technologies, LLC reserves the right to send you notice about your community account.
Who we share your information with
If you become a member of the Site community, you will be asked to create a member profile about yourself. Except for your private profile, all information you post or share on the Site, including member public profile information, is public and therefore you should only post or share information which you want to be public. Any content that you post on the Site's community website, including but not limited to your name, email, user name, photos, videos, comments, reviews, postings are public domain and may be viewed by any registered community members.
Travelweb Technologies, LLC does not sell, share, rent, trade or transmit or otherwise use your personal information to third party companies not directly involved with your booking or the operations of the Site. Travelweb Technologies, LLC will only disclose your personal information to third party companies that are directly involved with your bookings or the operation of the Site, which includes: any Limousine Service Partner you selected to complete your booking and reservation; third party agents acting as payment processors on our behalf; and other third parties to whom we outsource aspects of the operation of our Site, including hosting services and email services. Limousine Service Partners’ may receive your booking information, including you pick-up and drop-off information, modifications, contact information, email address, and credit card information. Travelweb Technologies, LLC provides this information to Limousine Service Partners subject to their contractual agreement to not bill your credit card until all services you booked by request have been completed, and subject to the restriction that the information may be utilized solely for the purposes that Travelweb Technologies, LLC has specified.
Travelweb Technologies, LLC will not provide your personal information to third party advertisers or marketers for sale and will only share your information if Travelweb Technologies, LLC, in its sole discretion, believes that sharing your information is a necessity due to: a governing authority (unless prohibited by law if ordered to do so by that governing authority) or an authorize court order or by a law enforcement authority if such disclosure is deemed by Travelweb Technologies, LLC to be in good faith and necessary by law; when it is in the best interest of the Travelweb Technologies, LLC community, including when necessary to protect interests or property; to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Site or using the Travelweb Technologies, LLC name; a direct request by you for the purpose of inviting friends or in order to allow you to join groups, networks or social media sites. Travelweb Technologies, LLC limits access to the Site from search engines to information post by you in your public profile; or in an aggregate, anonymous data form based on information collected from you and other users to actual or prospective investors and partners.
Should a sale of Travelweb Technologies, LLC's business ever occur, collected personal information may be transferred along with the sale but the information will be treated in the same manner as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Travelweb Technologies, LLC's Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to Travelweb Technologies, LLC. For that reason, Travelweb Technologies, LLC never collects or maintains personal information on our Site from those it knows are under the age of 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under 13. Travelweb Technologies, LLC will remove anyone under 13 from the community immediately upon discovering such a youth has registered to use the Site.

Travelweb Technologies, LLC strongly recommends that you review the privacy policies of any online service prior to submitting personal information. Conditions of Use, Concerns
By choosing to visit and interact with the Site, you agree that your visit and any dispute regarding the protection of your privacy during such visit is subject to this Privacy Policy.
