I'm interested in booking my transportation through RideRez. How does it work?
To book your ride. Select your service (e.g. airport pick up, wedding). Enter the pick up/drop off address, date/time, vehicle you want and view results. In the results page you can compare rates from the list of companies and then book your service. Enter your credit card information in the payment page and reserve it.
Find 20-60% OFF Top Deals & Special Offers. RideRez negotiates deeply discounted limo deals typically 20-60% off with the best transportation operators. You can easily access top deals on the site or subscribe and receive them in your inbox. In the top deals page enter the date/time, pick up/drop off, credit card information and book your deal. Note: Some deals may have expiration clock, so make sure you're not late.
Confirm your trip details. Contact your transportation provider to confirm service/address details. After the service is over, be sure to share your experience by leaving a review.

Do you charge a booking fee?
Our booking service is FREE. There is a 15% deposit that's charged by us when your submit your reservation request and remaining balance is charged by the transportation provider after the service was completed. Please note that a 15% deposit is non-refundable, however in the event that you do need to cancel a ride, you may apply the deposit as a credit towards a future ride. Please be sure to review the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of your Payment Page.
What payment methods can I use?
RideRez accepts all major credit cards.
Do you support foreign currencies?
We support some foreign currencies, but not all.
My credit card is not working. What do I do?
RideRez accepts all major credit cards. Be sure that you have entered all of your information correctly and that your card is not expired. If it still does not work contact us on the contact page.
Are there any additional fees that I should know about?
On top of the subtotal rate, any additional fees, gratuity, tax should be listed in the Rate details and Payment page of the listing -- so you can view them there.
I just booked my service. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, which includes your confirmation number, transportation provider contact information and your service details. The transportation provider will receive an email from us alerting them about your reservation request. You can always contact the transportation provider to confirm your service details, date, time and special requests.
I need to make changes to my reservation. What are the steps?
- Sign in to your account page
- Click on Reservations, select the reservation that you want to modify.
- In the Reservation detail page, click Modify and follow the steps.
- The transportation provider will receive an email from us alerting them about your change request. Your provider will have 24 hours to accept or decline your request based on their availability. You can follow up with your provider to confirm your requested changes.
I need to cancel my reservation. What are the steps?
Sign in to your account Reservations > select a reservation > Cancel. Follow the instructions from there. The provider will charge or issue a refund in accordance with the transportation provider's cancellation policy. Please note that 15% deposit is non-refundable.
My transportation provider canceled my reservation. What do I do?
If your provider has officially canceled the reservation through the RideRez website, you will receive an email with a link that will direct you to alternative listings that are available. If your provider claims to have canceled and you do not receive an email from RideRez, contact RideRez Support immediately.
I can't locate my driver. What do I do?
First, call your transportation provider and they will assist in finding your driver. If you can't get through, please call 1-800-749-0840 and we will assist you.

How much does it cost to join RideRez?
It is absolutely free to list your company, services and rates on RideRez! You will only get charged for customer bookings in which we deduct 15% commission of the subtotal cost of the reservation.
What do you charge for each booking?
RideRez keeps a 15% commission fee from each booked reservation; that's it.
How do Pay-Per-Leads work?
We send you leads to your e-mail address that's in our system. The first e-mail ONLY includes service details, addresses, date and time. If you want to move forward with the lead and receive customer's contact information, you have an option to buy it for a specified amount on the lead. To purchase the lead you have to click "I Want To Buy" button in the e-mail, which will take you the payment page. In the payment page you have an option to enter a credit card number and only purchase that specific lead. Or you can also prepay your account and earn complimentary 50% BONUS up to $100. In both cases, once you purchase the lead you will receive the customer's contact information (i.e. first name, last name, e-mail address or phone number) with the service details and contact the customer directly. If you not interested in the lead, you can simply decline it by clicking on "I'm Not Interested". We ask that you would share the reason(s) for declining the lead so we can better understand your company needs going forward.
What do you charge per lead?
We price our leads according to the service type and the average dollar amount of each service type. Our Airport Service & Point-to-Point lead fee is only $1.00. Our Hourly Service lead (Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary and etc) fee is priced as much as is $3.00. You can earn up to 50% bonus when you decide to setup your prepaid account.
Responding to your leads in a timely manner
When you purchase the lead, you can instantly view the customer's contact information (i.e. first name, last name, e-mail and phone-if available) with service details on the web page. You will also receive the e-mail with the same exact information. We advise that you immediately contact the customer, introduce your company and quote a very competitive rate.
How can I get discounted leads?
You can easily setup a prepaid account where you can earn 50% deposit bonus of up to $100 . For instance, when you deposit $200 to your account, you will automatically receive an additional $100 bonus. That means you will have $300 to purchase future leads.
What if my purchased lead is invalid?
We have a straight forward invalid lead refund policy. If you think your purchased lead is invalid (i.e. undeliverable e-mail address), you can request a refund from your Control Panel.
To begin the process you have to do the following:
- Log in to your Partner Portal
- Click on Leads tab & then on the lead itself
- In the Lead Details page- Click on “Invalid Lead” button and provide a reason
- Submit
- Invalid lead refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours during the weekdays and 48 hours during the weekends. Once we approve your request, the purchase amount will be credited to you account within 24 hours Note: All the refund inquiries must be submitted within 15 days of the lead purchase date. Refund requests after 15 days will not be available.

Once posted and approved, we'll feature the most creative and competitively priced deals on the homepage, promote it on the Facebook, Twitter and E-mail it to thousands of customers and subscribers in your local area. Our number one goal is to make it easy for customers to find great savings and for you to generate more revenue during off-peak days/hours.
How do I decide what deal to post?
Usually, the most successful deals are the ones that are creative, well described, include high quality photos, competitively priced (typically 20-60% OFF) and offered during optimal days. You want to post your deals based on several factors like off/on peak days/hours, vehicle availability, local events and point of interest. Here are few Top Deal suggestions:

Once approved by our team, your Top Deal will be featured on the homepage, on your company results page and promoted thorough Facebook, Twitter and Highly-targeted e-mail in your local area.
When subscribers and customers see your deal, they can submit a reservation request, which you have to confirm within 24 hours.
