Is RideRez a conventional transportation company?
RideRez is not a conventional ground transportation provider; rather, we match up discerning customers with reputable transportation providers who are looking to market their services at uniquely low rates.
I'm interested in booking my transportation through RideRez. How does it work?
To book your ride. Select your service (e.g. airport pick up, wedding). Enter the pick up/drop off address, date/time, vehicle you want and view results. In the results page you can compare rates from the list of companies and then book your service. Enter your credit card information in the payment page and reserve it.
Find 20-60% OFF Top Deals & Special Offers. RideRez negotiates deeply discounted limo deals typically 20-60% off with the best transportation operators. You can easily access top deals on the site or subscribe and receive them in your inbox. In the top deals page enter the date/time, pick up/drop off, credit card information and book your deal. Note: Some deals may have expiration clock, so make sure you're not late.
Confirm your trip details. Contact your transportation provider to confirm service/address details. After the service is over, be sure to share your experience by leaving a review.

Do you charge a booking fee?
Our booking service is FREE. There is a 15% deposit that's charged by us when your submit your reservation request and remaining balance is charged by the transportation provider after the service was completed. Please note that a 15% deposit is non-refundable, however in the event that you do need to cancel a ride, you may apply the deposit as a credit towards a future ride. Please be sure to review the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of your Payment Page.
What payment methods can I use?
RideRez accepts all major credit cards.
Do you support foreign currencies?
We support some foreign currencies, but not all.
My credit card is not working. What do I do?
RideRez accepts all major credit cards. Be sure that you have entered all of your information correctly and that your card is not expired. If it still does not work contact us on the contact page.
Are there any additional fees that I should know about?
On top of the subtotal rate, any additional fees, gratuity, tax should be listed in the Rate details and Payment page of the listing -- so you can view them there.
I just booked my service. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, which includes your confirmation number, transportation provider contact information and your service details. The transportation provider will receive an email from us alerting them about your reservation request. You can always contact the transportation provider to confirm your service details, date, time and special requests.
I need to make changes to my reservation. What are the steps?
- Sign in to your account page
- Click on Reservations, select the reservation that you want to modify.
- In the Reservation detail page, click Modify and follow the steps.
- The transportation provider will receive an email from us alerting them about your change request. Your provider will have 24 hours to accept or decline your request based on their availability. You can follow up with your provider to confirm your requested changes.
I need to cancel my reservation. What are the steps?
Sign in to your account Reservations > select a reservation > Cancel. Follow the instructions from there. The provider will charge or issue a refund in accordance with the transportation provider's cancellation policy. Please note that 15% deposit is non-refundable.
My transportation provider canceled my reservation. What do I do?
If your provider has officially canceled the reservation through the RideRez website, you will receive an email with a link that will direct you to alternative listings that are available. If your provider claims to have canceled and you do not receive an email from RideRez, contact RideRez Support immediately.
I can't locate my driver. What do I do?
First, call your transportation provider and they will assist in finding your driver. If you can't get through, please call 1-800-749-0840 and we will assist you.
