- No Shows. If you fail to show for a service, service provider and other third parties reserve the right to automatically charge you, using your payment method on file, the full amount for the services as quoted at the time of booking. Failure to show includes your leave the pick-up location without using the services, as well as not being present at your pick-up location at the scheduled pick-up time.
- Modifications may be subject to pricing changes and/or additional charges. In most circumstances, modifications will be treated as a new booking unless such modification does not affect the time and date of the booking.
- The RideRez service fee is non-refundable.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to RideRez within 24 hours of service.
- RideRez will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- A reservation is not officially canceled until the customer receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from RideRez. To get your cancellation e-mail, go to My Account and cancel your reservation. If the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact RideRez.

Limit 1 per vehicle Booking subject to availability. Provider re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies. Provider cancellation policy is: No Refunds. All services must be redeemed during one visit and used by same customer; cannot be shared or split. Valid minimum three hours between Sunday through Thursday anytime. Deal applies to 8-10 passenger limo. Additional hours will be billed at one hour increments at $65/hr, plus fees.
